NagarNazar Child Safety Standards

These are the published standards of NagarNazar against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). They apply to the NagarNazar mobile app, website, and related services operated at nagarnazar.web.app.

Zero tolerance

NagarNazar prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in every form. Users must not create, upload, share, store, or attempt to distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that sexualizes minors, grooming, or any other material that facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. This prohibition covers photos, text, links, and any other user-generated content.

NagarNazar is a civic reporting app for public infrastructure (for example potholes and streetlights). It is not directed at children under 13. Civic photos must show public places and infrastructure, not people in sexual or exploitative contexts.

How to report

If you see content that may involve CSAE or CSAM:

Email contact@truelinq.com with the case link (https://nagarnazar.web.app/c/…), a short description, and why you believe it violates these standards. Use the subject line “CSAE report”.
In the app, open the case and flag it as misleading so it is marked disputed while we review.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

How we handle CSAM

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE content, we take appropriate action as soon as practicable. That includes removing the content from NagarNazar, preserving records as required by law, disabling or banning the responsible account, and cooperating with competent authorities.

We do not knowingly allow CSAM to remain available. We do not return removed CSAM to users.

Laws and authorities

NagarNazar complies with applicable child safety laws. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the appropriate regional authority. For India that includes the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in and local law enforcement. Where required or appropriate we also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
